How we're making a
difference Broadening the Search: We don’t just stick to the usual networks. We look far and wide to find talented leaders from all backgrounds.
Shaping the Brief: We work with clients to rethink what they’re looking for, encouraging them to consider new perspectives and approaches.
Tracking Progress: We’re serious about making change, so we measure and report the diversity of our placements to ensure we’re improving.
Creating more inclusive businesses doesn’t happen overnight. But by working with clients who are ready to think differently and act bravely, we believe we can help shape a better future, for leadership, for people, and for business.

What we're already doing
If you’re building a business that aims to grow, scale or transform, inclusive leadership is not optional, it’s essential. From private equity-backed scale-ups to household brands in transition, our clients trust us to bring an ED&I lens to every appointment, not just when asked.
We work closely with a network of organisations that challenge thinking, raise standards and help shape a more inclusive workplace for all. We're proud to be the first executive search firm to establish a rolling partnership with GroceryAid, giving us access to insight, benchmarking tools and resources that inform our internal people strategy. We're now a fully accredited Menopause Friendly Employer via Henpicked, following a rigorous three-year journey that involved board-level commitment, culture change, and independent assessment. We’ve also joined Neurodiversity in Business, aligning ourselves with a growing community dedicated to better recruitment and support for neurodivergent talent.
These initiatives, alongside partnerships with M Powder,Gen M,Compelling Culture, Career & Parenthoodand Bridge of Hope, reflect our belief that inclusion is not a campaign, it’s a commitment.
By partnering with us, you can be assured you’re working with the executive search firm leading the way in ED&I.

The results so far
Since 2018, we’ve helped place women in 45% of the roles we’ve worked on and doubled the number of appointments from ethnically diverse backgrounds.
We’re proud of what we’ve achieved, but we know there’s more to do. We’re committed to helping businesses build leadership teams that better reflect society and we won’t stop until that’s the norm.
